摘 要:针对双螺杆压缩机在实际工作过程中的热力变形结构特性问题,以双螺杆压缩机的阴、阳转子为研究对象,考虑转速对螺杆压缩机工作性能的影响,采用间接耦合方法通过插值技术将温度场作为体载荷施加于阴、阳转子,并进行热力耦合数值模拟分析。通过求解阴、阳转子静平衡方程,对螺杆转子在静力场、稳态温度场和热力耦合场进行模拟分析对比,得到螺杆转子的应力、变形分布规律。研究结果表明:在静应力场下,阴转子的变形量大于阳转子,且静应力的仿真与耦合场下仿真差异明显。在双螺杆压缩机工作过程中,热变形是转子变形的主要原因,且轴向的变形量最大,热分析和热力耦合情况下转子的变形趋势相同,且在耦合场下阴转子的齿面变形较大。In view of the structural characteristics of thermal deformation of twin screw compressor in the actual work process,taking the female and positive rotors of twin screw compressor as the research object,considering the influence of rotating speed on the performance of screw compressor,indirect coupling method is adopted to apply temperature field as body load to the rotor,and the numerical simulation analysis of thermal coupling is carried out.By solving the static balance equation of the rotor,the stress and deformation distribution of the screw rotor are obtained by comparing the static field,steady temperature field and the thermal coupling field.The results show that the deformation of the rotor is larger than that of the rotor under the static stress field,and the difference between the static stress simulation and the coupling field is obvious.In the process of twin screw compressor,thermal deformation is the main reason of rotor deformation,and the axial deformation is the largest.The deformation trend of rotor is the same under the condition of thermal analysis and thermal coupling,and the tooth surface deformation of the female rotor is larger in the coupling field.
