百合固金汤治疗肺癌放射所致不良反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析肺癌放射治疗不良反应采用百合固金汤加减治疗的作用。方法选择2016年1月—2018年12月接受治疗的肺癌患者120例,根据不同方案分组研究,设置2组对比,各60例。参照组采取放射治疗,在此项措施前提下试验组采用百合固金汤加减治疗。对比研究参照组和试验组总有效率、不良反应情况、生存质量及1、2年生存率。结果参照组和试验组总有效率对比的数据表明试验组更优(P<0.05)。参照组和试验组不良反应率对比的数据表明试验组更优(P<0.05)。参照组和试验组生存质量各项分值对比的数据表明试验组更优(P<0.05)。参照组和试验组1、2年生存率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺癌放射治疗期间采用百合固金汤加减治疗的效果十分确切,既可有效改善患者各种症状,且可减少骨髓抑制、放射性食管炎及肺炎等发生率,还能改善患者生存质量,所以可做进一步推广研究。Objective To analyze the effect of Baihe Gujin decoction on adverse reactions of lung cancer radiotherapy.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,120 patients with lung cancer were selected.The control group was treated with radiotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Baihe Gujin decoction.The total effective rate,adverse reactions,quality of life and 1-and 2-year survival rate were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results Comparing the total effective data between the control group and the experimental group,the experimental group was better and satisfied with statistics requirements(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group,the data of adverse reaction rate showed that the experimental group was better and met the statistical requirements(P<0.05).According to the data of quality of life scores in the control group and the experimental group,the experimental group was better and met the statistical requirements(P<0.05).Data of 1 and 2 years survival rate compared with the control group and the experimental group showed that the difference was small and met the statistical requirements(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Baihe Gujin decoction on lung cancer during radiotherapy is very accurate,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression,radiation esophagitis and pneumonia.It can also improve the quality of life of patients,so it can be further popularized and studied.
