王有奎主任元气不足为肺胀发生病机浅谈

摘　　要：王有奎主任是全国第五批名老中医药专家指导老师,临证50载,对肺系疾病有丰富的临证经验,文章阐述了王有奎名老中医经过多年的临床经验,创新总结出肺胀发病病机为"元气不足,肺失宣降",并应用于临床,疗效颇佳。通过回顾古今医家对肺胀病因病机的认识,分别介绍了王主任"元气不足"是肺胀发生根本病机的观点,为临床对肺胀的诊疗提供了新的理论指导。Director Wang Youkui is the fifth group of national famous expert instructor of traditional Chinese medicine,with clinical experience of 50 years,has rich clinical experience of pulmonary diseases. This article elaborates that after years of clinical experience,and Wang Youkui has innovated and summarized the pathogenesis of lung distension as"insufficiency of primordial qi". Director Wang Youkui applied it to clinical,and the effect is very good. By reviewing the understanding of ancient and modern physicians on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung distension,this paper introduces the view of Director Wang that "insufficiency of primordial qi"is the fundamental pathogenesis of lung distension,and provides new theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung distension.
