发酵虫草菌粉联合中医护理干预紫癜性肾炎患儿临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾益精法联合中医护理对过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿的疗效。方法选取确诊为HSPN的患儿60例,男42例,女18例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗和常规护理,泼尼松片1 mg/kg口服,维生素C片口服2 g/d。治疗组在对照组基础上予以中医整体护理,加用发酵虫草菌粉去掉胶囊外壳后,兑水温服。共计60 d。结果治疗组与对照组比较及治疗前后比较,血肌酐和24 h尿蛋白定量明显降低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组与对照组及治疗前后比较,TNF-α、IL-6差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在紫癜性肾炎患儿,发酵虫草菌粉可降低炎症因子水平,推测发酵虫草菌粉对肾脏的保护作用可能与抑制炎症介质有关。对该病患儿采取相关的护理措施有助于病情的缓解。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Yijing method combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis.Methods According to the random digital table method,60 children with HSPN were diagnosed,42 males and 18 females were diagnosed.According to the random digital table method,they were divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 30 cases.The control group was treated with routine treatment and routine nursing,and prednisone tablets were taken orally for 1 mg/kg and vitamin C for 2 G/d.The treatment group was given the whole nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,and then the capsule shell was removed with Fermented Cordyceps powder,and then treated with water and warm.It was 60 days in total.Results Compared with the control group and before and after treatment,the serum creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TNF-αand IL-6 between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis,Fermented Cordyceps powder can reduce the level of inflammatory factors.It is speculated that the protective effect of Fermented Cordyceps powder on kidney may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory mediators.It is helpful for the remission of the disease to take relevant nursing measures.
