清利化瘀汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清利化瘀汤在慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者治疗中的效果。方法选择2018年4月—2020年4月收治的慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者94例作为资料,随机分为2组各47例。对照组采取西医常规基础治疗,试验组增加清利化瘀汤治疗,评价2组治疗效果,测定肾功能指标变化,记录中医证候积分变化。结果治疗总有效率方面,试验组与对照组分别是95.74%与78.72%,试验组更高,与对照组之间差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后,组内BUN、Scr、U-mALB、UAl/Cr水平低于治疗前,组间试验组更低,与对照组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后的主症及次症积分试验组降低程度更大,与对照组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者采取中药方剂清利化瘀汤治疗可有效减轻症状,改善肾脏血液循环,促进肾脏损害修复,促进肾功能恢复,获得良好的治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Qingli Huayu decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic nephritis and proteinuria.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic nephritis and proteinuria admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as data,and they were randomly divided into groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the experimental group was treated with Qingli Huayu decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated,the changes of renal function indexes were measured,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group and the control group were 95.74%and 78.72%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr,U-mALB,and UAl/Cr in the two groups were lower than before treatment,those of the experimental group was lower,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the experimental group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic nephritis and proteinuria,Qingli Huayu decoction can effectively relieve symptoms,improve renal blood circulation,promote renal damage repair and renal function recovery,and obtain good therapeutic effects.It is worthy of promotion.
