摘  要:采用不同的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造比进行了H13热作模具钢试样的锻造试验,并进行了热疲劳性能和高温耐磨损性能的测试与对比分析,研究了锻造工艺参数对H13热作模具钢性能的影响。结果表明:随着始锻温度从1050℃增加至1150℃、终锻温度从825℃增加至925℃,H13热作模具钢的热疲劳级别和高温磨损体积均先变小、后变大,即其热疲劳性能和高温耐磨损性能均先变好、后变差;当锻造比从3增加至7,H13热作模具钢的热疲劳级别和高温磨损体积均先变小、后基本不变,即其热疲劳性能和高温耐磨损性能均先变好、后基本不变。H13热作模具钢的始锻温度优选值为1125℃、终锻温度优选值为900℃、锻造比优选值为5。与始锻温度1050℃相比,1125℃始锻时,试样的热疲劳级别数值减小4级、高温磨损体积减小16×10^(-3)mm^(3);与825℃终锻相比,在900℃终锻时,试样的热疲劳级别数值减小6级、高温磨损体积减小20×10^(-3)mm^(3);与锻造比为3时相比,锻造比为5时,试样的热疲劳级别数值减小2级、高温磨损体积减小6×10^(-3)mm^(3)。The forging test of H13 hot die steel specimen was carried out with different initial forging temperatures,final forging temperatures and forging ratios,and the test and comparative analysis of thermal fatigue performance and high temperature wear resistance performance were conducted.Then,the influences of forging process parameters on the properties of H13 hot die steel were studied.The results show that when the initial forging temperature increases from 1050℃to 1150℃and the final forging temperature increases from 825℃to 925℃,the thermal fatigue level and the high temperature wear volume of H13 hot die steel first decrease and then increase,and its thermal fatigue and high temperature wear resistance performances first get better and then get worse.Furthermore,when the forging ratio increases from 3 to 7,the thermal fatigue level and the high temperature wear volume of H13 hot die steel first decrease and then remain constant,and its thermal fatigue and high temperature wear resistance performances first get better and then remain constant.Finally,the initial forging temperature,final forging temperature and forging ratio of H13 hot die steel are preferably 1125℃,900℃and 5,respectively.However,compared with the initial forging temperature of 1050℃,the value of thermal fatigue level for specimen at 1125℃is reduced by four grades,and the high temperature wear volume is reduced by 16×10^(-3)mm^(3).Compared with the final forging temperature of 825℃,the value of thermal fatigue level for specimen at 900℃is reduced by six grades,and the high temperature wear volume is reduced by 20×10^(-3)mm^(3).Compared with the forging ratio of 3,the value of thermal fatigue level for specimen at forging ratio of 5 is reduced by two grades,and the high temperature wear volume is decreased by 6×10^(-3)mm^(3).
