摘  要:针对电机行业中经常出现的多周期下料的小批量圆形件的下料问题,从权衡下料工艺的简便性以及尽可能提高材料利用率的角度着手,提出一种在T型布局上考虑余料生成和利用的下料算法,优化目标是使整个多周期下料过程中使用的材料总面积最小。该算法首先利用余料库存中的余料满足部分毛坯需求,再利用顺序价值校正方法满足剩下的需求。在顺序价值校正方法中,根据相应的余料策略,允许主动生成规范余料条带,以期满足后续订单的部分需求。实验结果表明,在企业长期生产中,该算法可显著降低材料成本,并且计算时间也在可以接受的范围之内。For the blanking problem of small batcher and multi-period blanking for circular parts,which often occurs in the motor industry,from the perspective of weighing the simplicity for blanking process and increasing the utilization rate of materials as much as possible,a blanking algorithm considering the generation and utilization of remaining material on T-shape layout was proposed,and the optimization goal was to minimize the total area of material used in the entire multi-period blanking process.Then,the algorithm first used the remaining material in the inventory to meet the part demand of blank,and then used the sequential value correction method to meet the remaining demand.Furthermore,in the sequence value correction method,according to the corresponding remaining material strategy,it was allowed to actively generate the standardized remaining material strip to meet the part demand of subsequent orders.The experimental results show that the algorithm can significantly reduce the material cost in the long-term production of company,and the computation time is also within the acceptable range.
