摘  要:针对复杂边界特征的钣金件级进冲压成形中经常会出现零件产品内外边界超差的现象,以一副复杂边界车身内板左、右件为研究对象,首先,设计了毛坯的10工位排样图,并以毛坯排样图为基础,逐步建立了制件的单工位全工序有限元模型,对板料的冲压成形性进行了仿真分析,确定了合理的冲压成形工艺参数与方案;其次,采用CAD/CAE技术,设计了毛坯的初次激光料带模型,并通过试模、检测和激光料带再设计对激光料带的目标形状进行逐次寻优。结果显示:经过两次试模后,快速获得了合格的实冲零件产品,表明激光料带试模法能够指导复杂边界车身钣金件级进模冲裁工位的快速设计,从而提高复杂边界钣金件级进模的设计效率。In order to solve the problem of out-of-tolerance between the inner and outer boundaries for sheet metal part with complex boundary features during progressive stamping,for the left and right parts of a complex boundary car body inner panel,the blank layout diagram with ten stations was designed,and based on the blank layout diagram,a single-station full-process finite element model of part was gradually established.Then,the stamping formability of sheet metal was simulated and analyzed,and the reasonable stamping process parameters and schemes were determined.Furthermore,the primary laser strip model of blank was designed by CAD/CAE technology,and the target shape of laser strip was optimized step by step through trial die,detection and laser strip redesign.The results show that after twice trial die,the qualified real stamping parts are quickly obtained,which shows that the laser strip trial die method can guide the rapid design of blanking station of progressive die for car body sheet metal parts with complex boundary,so as to improve the design efficiency of progressive die for sheet metal parts with complex boundary.
