摘  要:针对外凸型变曲率内锥体深腔曲面高温合金构件成形难度较高的技术难题,采用充液成形被动式拉深的方式,旨在提高构件的成形质量及使用寿命,并节约成本。通过有限元分析软件建立外凸型变曲率内锥体深腔型曲面构件的充液拉深成形模型,利用仿真验证其可行性,然后进行试验,探究不同压边力加载路径、压边力以及润滑情况对构件成形的影响,并通过试验对构件成形的破裂及起皱的失稳情况进行分析,进而优化得出最佳的成形工艺参数。并且,根据优化的工艺参数制得合格的目标构件,进一步验证成形方案及成形工艺参数的可行性,为后续成形外凸型变曲率内锥体深腔曲面构件提供参照。Aiming at the difficult technical problem of superalloy component forming for deep-cavity curved surface of convex-shaped inner cone with variable curvature,the method of hydroforming with passive deep hydraulic drawing was adopted to improve the forming quality and service life of components,and save the cost.The model of hydraulic deep drawing for deep-cavity curved surface components of convex-shaped inner cone with variable curvature was established by finite element analysis software,and its feasibility was verified through simulation.Then,the influences of different loading paths for blank holder force,blank holder forces and lubrication conditions on component forming were explored and the instability condition of cracking and wrinkling for component forming was analyzed through experiments,so as to the optimal forming process parameters were obtained.According to the optimized process parameters,the qualified target component were obtained,which further verified the feasibility of the forming scheme and the forming process parameters.It provides a reference for the subsequent forming of deep-cavity curved surface component of convex-shaped inner cone with variable curvature.
