摘 要:为深入研究湿法模压(Wet Compression Molding,WCM)工艺及模具开发技术,以碳纤维复合材料件——车载充电机支架为研究对象,设计开发热固性模具,通过有限元分析手段研究热固性模具的加热系统,分析模具入口速度、模具初始温度及加热油温度对模具型腔表面温度均匀性、升温速度的影响规律。结果表明:当加热时间为8 min以内时,模具表面温度快速增加,12 min后逐渐稳定。此时的优选工艺参数为:模具入口速度为1.5 m·s^(-1)、模具初始温度为25℃、加热油温度为140℃。经过模压试验测试,在上述工艺参数条件下,模具型腔表面温度分布较均匀,型腔与型芯温差较小,可以获得质量优异的复合材料电机支架。In order to further study the wet compression molding(WCM)process and mold development technology,for the carbon fiber composite material parts,that is,vehicle charger bracket,the thermosetting mold was designed and developed.The heating system of thermosetting die was studied by means of finite element analysis,and the influence laws of inlet speed of mold,initial temperature of mold and temperature of heating oil on the temperature uniformity and heating rate of mold cavity surface were analyzed.The results show that when the heating time is less than 8 min,the temperature of mold surface increases rapidly,and then it is gradually stabilized after 12 min.The optimal process parameters at this time are as follows:the inlet speed of mold is 1.5 m·s^(-1),the initial temperature of mold is 25℃,the temperature of heating oil is 140℃.Finally,the temperature distribution on the mold cavity surface is more uniform,and the temperature difference between cavity and core is smaller under the above process parameters after the molding test,so the composite material motor bracket with excellent quality can be obtained.
