摘  要:为了提高钢琴消音器用Ti-1.5Al合金板的综合力学性能,对脉冲电流辅助Ti-1.5Al合金开展拉伸测试,对比经不同脉冲电流密度下制备得到的Ti-1.5Al合金板材的力学特性,并对其显微组织结构与拉伸后形成的断口区域微观形貌进行表征。研究结果表明:当合金材料受到脉冲电流的作用后获得了更强塑性,强度明显减小;提高脉冲电流密度后,合金获得了更大的伸长率,力学强度下降,且发生了更不均匀的变形。这是由于:当脉冲电流密度提高后,温度也随之升高,使中间部位发生了明显变形。合金进行拉伸缩颈部位的显微组织结构主要由两相钛合金组成,其中,白色组织为α相,并且在α相的晶界部位析出了部分β相;随着脉冲电流密度的增加,合金温度上升更快,易引起合金相变。断裂区域均形成了不同尺寸的韧窝,表现为韧性断裂;在施加脉冲电流时形成了更大的韧窝,且韧窝发生了明显的塑性变形。In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of Ti-1.5 Al alloy plate for piano silencers,the tension test for impulse current-assisted Ti-1.5 Al alloy was conducted,and the mechanical properties of Ti-1.5 Al alloy plate prepared by different impulse current densities were compared.Then,the microstructures and the micro morphologies of fracture area formed after tensile were characterized.The results show that when the alloy material is subjected to impulse current,its plasticity becomes stronger,and its strength decreases obviously.With the increasing of impulse current density,the alloy obtains greater elongation,lower mechanical strength and more uneven deformation.The reason is that when the impulse current density increases,the temperature also rises causing obvious deformation in the middle part.The microstructure at necking part when the alloy is stretched is mainly composed of two-phase titanium alloy with white structureαphase and part ofβphase precipitated at the grain boundary ofαphase.With the increasing of impules current density,the alloy temperature rises rapidly,which causes the alloy phase transition.In addition,the dimples of different sizes are formed in the fracture area,which is manifested as ductile fracture,and the larger dimples are formed by applying impulse current,which undergo obvious plastic deformation.
