摘 要:以瑞典一胜百(ASSAB)的S136钢、S136 SUP钢和香港龙记(LKM)的2083 ESR钢为研究对象,对典型热处理工艺后的各试样的残余奥氏体分布,以及冲击韧性和尺寸稳定性的变化进行了对比分析,并总结了残余奥氏体对后两者的影响规律。实验结果表明:S136 SUP钢的残余奥氏体含量最高,S136钢和2083 ESR钢较低;同时,280℃低温回火会大幅提升残余奥氏体的含量。典型热处理后,模具钢的冲击韧性和残余奥氏体的含量成正比,与回火温度成反比,模具钢尺寸均遵循先降后升再稳定的规律。通过数学模型可实现根据马氏体体积稳定化率和残余奥氏体转化率,推算与预测不同时间段内模具钢的试样尺寸。For the S136 steel of Associated Swedish Steel AB(ASSAB)and S136 SUP steel and 2083 ESR steel of Hong Kong Lung Kee Company(LKM),the distribution of retained austenite and the variation of dimensional stability and impact toughness for specimens after typical heat treatment process were compared and analyzed,and the influence laws of retained austenite on the latter two were summarized.The experiment results show that the S136 SUP steel has the highest content of retained austenite,while the S136 steel and 2083 ESR steel have lower contents.At the same time,the content of retained austenite is greatly increased by low temperature tempering at 280℃.Furthermore,the impact toughness of die steel after typical heat treatment is directly proportional to the content of retained austenite and inversely proportional to the tempering temperature,and the dimensions of die steel follow the law of first decreasing,then increasing and then stabilizing.In addition,the specimen dimensions of die steel in different periods are calculated and predicted by the mathematical model based on the volume stabilization rate of martensite and the conversion rate of retained austenite.
