摘 要:以316不锈钢作为覆层、以45钢屑作为基层,综合运用真空加热以及热轧处理技术制备得到不锈钢包覆钢屑复合板,并设计了不同的工艺参数条件,对各工艺条件下热轧制得的复合板进行测试。研究结果表明:经过4道次热轧处理后,复合板的长度达到原来的近4倍,形成了更高密度的钢屑层;经过3道次以上的热轧处理后,复合板的抗剪强度达到220 MPa以上,结合实际生产,热轧3道次便可以制备得到符合强度性能要求的复合板,从而显著降低生产成本。当热轧温度为1100℃时,形成了相互分离的夹杂物区域,不锈钢与钢屑层形成了冶金结合的状态。随着晶粒尺寸的增加,不锈钢层和钢屑层之间发生了冶金结合程度的变化,同时降低了复合板的塑性与伸长率。综合确定1100℃属于不锈钢包覆钢屑的最佳热轧温度,在该温度下能够制备得到力学性能最优的复合板。该研究对提高不锈钢包覆钢屑热轧的复合效果具有很好的实际指导意义。With the stainless steel as the cladding and the 45 steel chips as the base,the stainless steel clad steel chip composite plate was prepared by comprehensively using vacuum heating and hot rolling treatment technology,and different process parameter conditions were designed,and then the composite plates prepared under various process conditions were tested.The study results show that the length after four passes of hot rolling reaches nearly four times of the original,which forms a layer of steel chip with higher density,and after more than three passes of hot rolling,the shear strength of the composite plate can reach the requirement of 220 MPa or more.Combining with the actual production,the composite plate meeting the strength performance requirements can be prepared in three passes of hot rolling,which significantly reduces the cost of production.Moreover,when the temperature is 1100℃,separate inclusion regions are formed,and the state of metallurgical bonding is formed by the layers of stainless steel and steel chip.With the increasing of grain size,the degree of metallurgical bonding between the layers of stainless steel and steel chip is changed,at the same time the plasticity and elongation of the composite plate are reduced.Finally,it is comprehensively determined that 1100℃belongs to the best hot rolling temperature of stainless steel clad steel chip,and the composite plate with the best mechanical properties can be prepared at this temperature,which has a very good practical guiding significance for improving the composite effect of hot rolling for stainless steel clad steel chip.
