摘　　要：PROTOS-M5卷接机组抽吸式烟条输送机中靠近负压吸风口的吸丝带滚轮轴承损坏频繁,影响设备运行效率。为了解决故障,对吸丝带滚轮进行优化设计,增加密封端盖,防止烟末进入轴承内部,改进后轴承使用寿命由15d提升至180d以上,降低了备件消耗,提高了设备有效作业率。The suction band roller bearing near the negative pressure suction port in the suction type cigarette sticks conveyor of the PROTOS-M5 cigarette making unit is frequently damaged,which affects the operating efficiency of the equipment.In order to solve the problem,the suction band roller was optimized and the sealing end cover was added to prevent smoke from entering the bearing.After the improvement,the service life of the bearing was increased from 15 days to more than 180 days,which reduced the consumption of spare parts and increased the effective operation rate of the equipment.
