某供热公司供热现状及EPC模式分析

摘　　要：简要介绍了某供热公司现有供热模式,从四个方面详细分析了公司供热运营中存在的问题,研究了供热公司EPC供热运营新模式的设计,希望为用户提供更为优质的供热服务。This paper briefly introduces the existing heating mode of a heating company,analyzes the problems in the heating operation from four aspects,studies the design of the new heating company EPC heating operation mode,hoping to provide better quality heating service for users.
