摘  要:研究四梳经编弹力网眼锦氨面料的吸湿透湿性能,选用7种弹力砖块网眼组织,由具有不同线密度和交织比的锦纶、氨纶编织而成。结果表明:当氨纶为7.8 tex,锦纶从2.2、3.3、4.4 tex变化时,含有2.2 tex锦纶的面料蒸发速率达最高0.0014 g/min,透湿量达最高309.5 g/(m^(2)·d),透气量达最高5432 mm/s;当锦纶为4.4 tex,氨纶在4.4.7.8、23.3、31.1、46.6 tex之间变化,含有4.4 tex氨纶的织物吸水率达最高136.1%,蒸发速率达最高0.0014 g/min。通过Spss分析织物参数和测试指标相关关系,吸水率.蒸发速率、透湿量、透气量与织物克质量、厚度、氨纶含量呈负相关(R=-0.799~-0.984),吸水率、蒸发速率、透湿量、透.气量间呈较高正相关关系(R=0.851~0.965)。指出今后在设计弹力织物时,以满足基本弹力为基础,建议尽量选择较细氨纶和适当锦纶线密度,从而保持最优热湿舒适性。In this paper,the moisture absorption and permeability of nylon/spandex elastic mesh fabric made by four guide bar warp knitting was studied.The seven kinds of fabrics were made of elastic square mesh,which were knitted with nylon and spandex with different fineness.The results show that when the spandex is 7.8 tex and the nylon changes among 2.2、3.3、4.4 tex,the fabric containing 2.2 tex nylon has the highest evaporation rate of 0.0014 g/min,the highest water vapor permeability of 309.5 g/(m^(2)·d)and the highest air permeability of 5432 mm/s.When the nylon was 4.4 tex,the spandex varies among 4.4、7.8、23.3、31.3、46.6 tex,the fabric containing 4.4 tex spandex has the highest water absorption of 136.1%and evaporation rate of 0.0014 g/min.Spss was used to analyze the correlation between fabric parameters and test indices.Water absorption,evaporation rate,moisture permeability and air permeability were negatively correlated with fabric weight,thickness and spandex content(R=-0.799-0.984).Water absorption,evaporation rate,moisture permeability and air permeability were positively correlated(R=0.851-0.965).Therefore,in the design of elastic fabric,under the basic requirements of ensuring elasticity,we should choose the finer spandex and the appropriate nylon fineness,so as to achieve higher comfort.
