摘　　要：结合近几年利用电脑横机编织仿梭织面料的发展潮流和市场消费需求,介绍3种仿梭织面料的纬编针织物组织结构的研发方法,并提出设计的技术要点。通过对梭织面料和针织物的外观、风格特点的对比,对针织物编织原理的分析,总结出仿梭织面料的针织物组织结构的设计方法,包括:直接仿制、间接仿制、柔和仿制3种设计方法,围绕梭织面料实物案例进行详细阐述,利用电脑横机编织得到针织物。结果表明,所编针织物组织贴近梭织面料的风格,可以达到仿梭织面料的设计目的,为产品设计自主创新发挥应有的作用。Based on the development trend and market demand of computerized flat knitting machine in imitating woven fabrics in recent years,the research and development methods of three imitated weft knitted fabrics are introduced,and the key points of design are put forward.Through the comparison of the appearance and style of woven fabric and knitted fabric,the knitting principle of knitted fabric is analyzed,and the design method of the knitted fabric structure of imitation woven fabric is summarized,including direct imitation,indirect imitation,soft imitation,taking the real case of woven fabric as a detailed description,which employs the computerized knitting machine to prepare the knitted fabric.The knitted fabric knits close to the style of woven fabric,achieves the design goal of imitated woven fabric and plays an important role in independent innovation of product design.The article can provide a brand-new design idea for the management personnel and the product designer.
