染液中拼混染料浓度检测的研究

摘　　要：采用分光光度法中的单波长联立方程法、双波长梯度下降法,研究染料助剂对染液中染料吸光度的影响以及分光光度法检测双组分染液中各单组分染料的浓度。首先介绍单波长联立方程法和双波长梯度下降法的试验原理;然后获取纯单组分染液、纯单组分染液加染料助剂、双组分混合染液的吸光度和波长数据,确定染液中染料的最大吸收波长,分析纯单组分染液加染料助剂对染料吸光度的影响,建立联立方程法的方程组、双波长梯度下降法的线性方程;最后对线性方程系数进行可视化,检验双组分混合染液中各单组分染料浓度的准确性。结果表明,加染料助剂的染液在可见光范围内对染液中染料的吸光度影响小,检测双组分混合染液中各单组分染料浓度的两种方法可行。In this paper,the single-wavelength consequential equation method and the two-wavelength gradient reduction method in the spectrophotometer method were used to study the effect of dye additives on dye absorption in dye liquid and the concentration of single-component dyes in the spectrophotometry.Firstly,the experimental principle of single-wavelength consequential equation and two-wavelength gradient drop method is introduced,and then the absorbance and wavelength data of pure single-component dye,pure single-component dye and dye auxiliary,two—component mixed dye,determination of the maximum absorption wavelength of dye in dye liquid,and analysis of the effect of pure single-component dye and dye additive on the absorbance of dyes are analyzed.The system of equations and the linear equation of the two-wavelength gradient descent method are established,and finally the coefficient of linear equations is visualized to verify the accuracy of the dyes concentration detection of each single component of the two-component mixture.Experiments show that the dye with dye additives has little effect on the absorption of dye in the visible light range,and two methods to detect the concentration of single—component dyes in the two-component mixture dye are credible and feasible.
