涤棉针织物一浴一步法染色工艺研究

摘　　要：涤棉混纺织物通常采用分散、活性染料两浴法染色,时间长,耗能大。为了提高染色效率,减少能量损失,选择雅格欣系列染料(雅格欣红CP-3B、雅格欣黄CP-3R、雅格欣蓝CP-MG)对涤棉混纺针织物进行一浴一步法染色。以色深值为指标,通过单因素试验分析浴比、元明粉用量、染色温度、染色时间、染料浓度对纯棉和纯涤织物染色效果的影响,确定涤和棉织物同浴及涤棉混纺织物一浴染色工艺。结果表明,涤棉织物一浴一步法染色工艺为:染料用量0.1%~2.5%,硫酸钠30.0 g/L,温度130℃,时间25 min,染色助剂SP 0.2 g/L、浴比1∶10,染色牢度均可达4.0级以上。The polyester-cotton blended fabrics are usually dyed by the dispersive active two-bath method, which takes a long time and consumes a lot of energy. In order to improve dyeing efficiency and reduce energy loss,choosing Argasyn dyes(Argasyn Red CP-3B、 Argasyn Golden CP-3R、 Argasyn Blue CP-MG) to study the one-bath and one-step dyeing process. Taking the color depth as the evaluation index, the influence of bath ratio, sodium sulfate concentration, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and dye concentration on the dyeing effect of pure cotton and pure polyester fabrics was analyzed through single factor experiments, and the dyeing process was determined and applied to polyester and cotton fabrics. The polyester-cotton blended fabrics were dyed with one-bath one-step dyeing process, and the color fastness of polyester-cotton blended fabrics with different amounts of dyes was tested. The results show that the one-bath one-step dyeing process of polyester-cotton fabrics is as follows: dye dosage 0.1%~2.5%,sodium sulfate 30.0 g/L, temperature 130 ℃, time 25 min, dyeing auxiliary SP 0.2 g/L, and bath ratio 1∶10. With the increase of the amount of dye, the color fastness of polyester-cotton blended fabric can reach above level 4.0.
