锦棉一浴染色工艺的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨Argasyn系列染料锦棉一浴染色方法,总结优化出最佳染色工艺,对比传统两浴染色工艺与锦棉一浴工艺的用水、耗时、染化料用量、染色效果等情况。结果表明,Argasyn系列染料锦棉一浴染色最佳染色工艺为升温至98℃,染色30 min后降温至80℃运行10 min,再加纯碱保温50 min;皂洗工艺为SW用量2.00~3.00 g/L,皂洗温度98℃,皂洗时间15 min。该工艺较传统工艺至少节省2缸水,节约染色时间118 min,纯碱用量仅需2.005.00 g/L,纯碱用量下降80.0%左右,染色废水中COD下降50.5%左右;染色后织物水洗牢度可达4.0级以上,湿摩擦牢度达2.0~3.0级。This paper discusses the one bath dyeing method of Argasyn series dyes for nylon and cotton,summarizes and optimizes the dyeing process,and compares the traditional two bath dyeing process with the one bath dyeing process of nylon cotton,in terms of water consumption,time consumption,amount of dyestuff and chemical,dyeing effect,etc..The results showed that the best one bath dyeing process of Argasyn series dyes was as follows:heating to 98℃,dyeing for 30 minutes,cooling to 80℃,running for 10 minutes,then adding soda ash for 50 minutes;the soaping process was as follows:the dosage of SW was 2.00~3.00 g/L,the soaping temperature was 98℃,and the soaping time was 15 minutes.Compared with the traditional process,the process could save at least two tanks of water,save dyeing time of 118 minutes,only 2.00~5.00 g/L of soda ash,and the amount of soda was only 2.00~5.00 g/L,the dosage of soda ash is reduced by about 80.0%,and the COD in dyeing wastewater is reduced by 50.5%.The washing fastness of dyed fabric can reach above grade 4 and wet rubbing fastness can reach 2.0~3.0 grade.
