摘　　要：目的研究药物治疗管理(MTM)模式对骨质疏松患者治疗效果的影响。方法将627例骨质疏松患者随机分为MTM组和对照组,MTM组患者在临床药师参与下按照标准化流程进行治疗,对照组无临床药师参与,按照传统模式进行治疗。分别检测两组患者治疗前和治疗12个月时的骨密度、骨代谢指标如骨钙素(OC)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)和Ⅰ型前胶原N-端前肽(P1NP),观察不同时段用药依从性并收集药物不良反应。结果治疗12个月后,两组骨密度值较治疗前升高,骨代谢指标OC、BALP和P1NP较治疗前均显著下降,且MTM组改变较对照组显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,MTM组患者用药依从性显著高于对照组,MTM组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用MTM模式进行治疗管理的患者较传统治疗模式可以获得更好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of medication therapy management(MTM)on the treatment effect of osteoporosis patients.Methods Six hundred and twenty-sevenosteoporosis patients were randomly divided into MTM group and control group.The MTM group was treated according to the standardized process with the participation of clinical pharmacies while the control group was treated according to traditional model without the participation of clinical pharmacies.Bone mineral density(BMD),bone metabolism index such asosteocalcin(OC),bone-derived alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide(P1NP)were measured before and after 12 months of treatment in both groups.Drug compliance was evaluated at different time points and adverse drug reactions were recorded.Results After 12 months of treatment,compared with beforetreatment,BMD was increased while OC,BALP and P1NP were decreased in both groups and the changes in the MTM group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the medication compliance of the MTM group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the MTM group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The patients can get better treatment effect by using MTM than traditional treatment.
