黄芪颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗脂溢性脱发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊对脂溢性脱发的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月脂溢性脱发患者113例,按就诊时间分为单药组56例及联合组57例,单药组患者给予口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊,联合组患者在单药组基础上加用黄芪颗粒,两组均连续服用3个月。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及临床症状改善、血清睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_(2))水平、细胞因子水平差异和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率为94.74%,显著高于单药组总有效率82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者脱发、油腻性、瘙痒、脱屑和总症状积分均较治疗前显著降低,且联合组优于单药组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组血清T水平、T/E_(2)值均显著下降,E_(2)水平、细胞因子胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均显著上升,转化生长因子-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))水平显著下降,且治疗后联合组与单药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗脂溢性脱发临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者主症积分,改善其血清性激素水平和细胞因子水平,且安全性高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of huang-qi granules combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Methods A total of 113 patients with seborrheic alopecia who attended the dermatology clinic in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into single-drug group(n=56)and combined group(n=57)according to the treatment sequence.The single-drug group was given oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules,and the combined group was additionally given huang-qi granules on the basis of the single-drug group.The clinical efficacy and improvement of clinical symptoms,serum sex hormones such as serum testosterone(T)and estradiol(E2),cytokines and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 82.14%of the single-drug group(P<0.05).The scores of hair loss,greasiness,itching and desquamation and total score of symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the combined group were distinctly better than thoes in the single-drug group(P<0.05).The level of serum T and T/E_(2) value of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)while the levels of E_(2),cytokines:insulin-like growth factor(IGF-I)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were evidently higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The level of transforming growth factor-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in total incidence rate of adverse reactions was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huang-qi granules combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules have a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.It can effectively reduce the scores
