摘　　要：带筋薄壁筒体是航天器主体结构件,其整体化制造结构是提升大型航天装备轻量化水平的有效途径。金属旋压技术作为一种近净局部成形方法,是制造高精度带筋薄壁筒体类构(零)件的一种先进技术。重点介绍了旋压成形技术应用于内齿轮零件、带纵向筋薄壁筒体和带交叉筋薄壁筒体的加工理论、技术和工装方面的研究成果,同时,为实现高筋薄壁筒体类构件整体化制造,也介绍了塑性成形-增材制造相结合的复合制造技术的研究现状,并对带筋薄壁筒体类构件整体化制造技术的未来发展方向进行了展望,旨在为我国大型航天复杂薄壁铝合金筒体类构件制造技术发展提供借鉴。The stiffened thin-walled cylinders are the main aerospace structures,and the integrally structure is an effective way to improve the lightweight level of large aerospace vehicle.As a near-net local forming method,metal spinning technology is an advanced technology for manufacturing high-precision stiffened thin-walled cylinders.The research results of processing theory,technology and tooling of pinning technology applied to inner gear parts,thin-walled cylinders with longitudinal stiffeners cross stiffeners were mainly reviewed,meanwhile,the research status of hybrid manufacturing technology combining plastic forming and additive manufacturing to realize the integrated manufacturing of high-stiffener thin-walled parts was introduced,and the future development direction of integrally manufacturing technology for stiffened thin-walled cylinders was prospected,which aimed to provide reference for manufacturing technology development of large aerospace complex thin-walled aluminum alloy cylindrical parts.
