摘 要:使用材料分析软件JMatPro预测钢材料性能,建立材料本构模型,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对层状金属铜/钢复合板冷轧过程进行数值模拟分析,并通过理论公式计算轧制应力。计算结果与数值模拟结果误差较小。对铜/钢复合界面垂直应力分量以及最大塑性变形量进行分析,以判断是否完成复合。采取正交试验法,以轧制应力作为考量指标,以冷轧加工率、轧制速度、摩擦因子(上辊)和摩擦因子(下辊)为试验因素,获得层状金属铜/钢冷轧复合最佳工艺参数,结果表明,最佳工艺参数为冷轧加工率50%、轧制速度70 m·min^(-1)、上轧辊摩擦因子0.2、下轧辊摩擦因子0.15,此时轧制应力最小,约为715.2 MPa。The material properties of steel were predicted by material analysis software JMatPro,and the material constitutive model was established.The cold rolling process of the layered metal copper/steel clad plate was numerically simulated and analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS,and the rolling stress was calculated by theoretical formula.The error between the calculation results and the numerical simulation results is small.The vertical stress component and the maximum plastic deformation of the copper/steel composite interface were analyzed to determine whether the composite was completed.Adopting orthogonal test method and taking rolling stress as the consideration index,and taking cold rolling processing rate,rolling speed,friction factor(upper roll)and friction factor(lower roll)as test factors,the optimum process parameters of layered metal copper/steel cold rolling compound were optimized.The results show that the optimum technology parameters are the cold rolling processing rate of 50%,the rolling speed of 70 m·min^(-1),the upper roll friction factor of 0.2,and the lower roll friction factor of 0.15,the rolling stress is the smallest,which is about 715.2 MPa with these parameters.
