摘  要:2018—2020年黄河流域连续丰水,上游龙羊峡水库建库32 a来首次蓄至正常蓄水位,有效存蓄了水资源。小浪底水库汛期采用低水位运行和大流量下泄,使得库区泥沙冲刷和淤积形态调整,恢复了部分拦沙库容,首次实现年际间库容回升,延长了水库使用寿命,并使黄河下游山东河段河槽刷深,卡口河段过洪能力得到提高。From 2018 to 2020, there had been three consecutive high flow years in the Yellow River Basin. Longyangxia Reservoir had reached the normal water level for the first time in more than 32 years since it was built, effectively storing water resources. Xiaolangdi Reservoir adopted the low water level operation in flood season and large flow rate discharge, which resulted in the adjustment of sediment scouring and deposition pattern in the reservoir area, and partially reinstated the sediment-blocking storage capacity, which realized the inter-annual storage capacity recovery for the first time, prolonged the service life of the reservoir, deepened the channel of the Lower Yellow River of Shandong reach and increased the flood passing capacity of key reach.
