摘 要:为欧洲云杉扦插育苗选择适宜的激素处理提供依据,本研究采用激素种类(A)、浓度(B)和浸泡时间(C)三因素析因设计,研究各因素及其交互作用对欧洲云杉扦插育苗的影响,并运用隶属函数法对其处理组合育苗效果进行评价,筛选出最佳处理组合。结果表明:三因素中,激素种类对欧洲云杉扦插育苗效果影响最大,其生根率、生根数和最长根长的影响都达到极显著水平(P<0.01);浓度和浸泡时间对扦插育苗影响较小,未达到显著水平(P>0.05);仅浸泡时间对生根数存在的影响(P<0.05),以1 h最优。因素交互作用中,激素种类×激素浓度、激素种类×浸泡时间和三因素交互作用显著影响欧洲云杉插穗的生根率和最长根长;激素浓度×浸泡时间仅对最长根长有一定影响,互作效益较小。隶属函数综合评价表明:100 mg·L^(-1)的ABT1与浸泡0.5 h组合的生根率为80%,分根数和最长根长等指标表现极佳,可以作为欧洲云杉扦插育苗最佳激素处理组合。In order to provide the basis for selecting suitable hormone treatment for Picea abies cutting seedling, the factorial design of hormone type(A), concentration(B) and soaking time(C)was used to study the influence of various factors and their interaction on it, then the membership function method was used to evaluate the seedling effect of its treatment combination, and the best treatment combination was screened out. The results showed that among the three factors, hormone types had the greatest effect on the cutting seedling raising effect of Picea abies, and the effects of rooting rate, rooting number and longest root length reached a very significant level(P < 0.01);Concentration and soaking time had little effect on cutting seedling, and did not reach significant level(P > 0.05);Only soaking time has an effect on rooting number(P < 0.05), and 1 h is the best.Among the interaction factors, hormone species×hormone concentration, hormone species×soaking time and the interaction of three factors significantly affected the rooting rate and the longest root length of Picea abies cuttings;Hormone concentration ×soaking time only has certain influence on the longest root length, and the interaction benefit is small. Comprehensive evaluation of membership function showed that the combination of 100 mg·L^(-1) ABT1 and soaking for 0.5 h had a rooting rate of 80 %, and the indexes such as the number of divided roots and the longest root length were excellent, which could be used as the best hormone treatment combination for cutting seedling raising of Picea abies.
