摘 要:为适应下一代6G网络对光纤传输系统大容量、高速率和低延时的要求,以Te基光纤为传输介质,利用差分进化算法设计了一款具有两级放大结构的(Raman-fiber amplifier,RFA),实现了对C+L波段内各信道的平坦光放大。差分进化算法具有结构简单、性能优越和鲁棒性强的特点,能够有效解决拉曼耦合微分方程中的大空间、非线性和组合优化等问题。通过Matlab仿真,该Te基光纤拉曼放大器(T-RFA)在100 nm带宽范围内的平均增益为37.7 dB,增益平坦度为0.9 dB。同时,分析了两级放大结构下该T-RFA的噪声增益对系统的影响,为6G网络的拉曼光纤放大器的设计与优化提供了参考。For the high capacity,high speed and low delay of the next generation 6 G network,in this paper,tellurite-based fiber is used as transmission medium,a Raman-fiber amplifier(RFA)with two-stage amplification structure is designed by using differential evolution algorithm,flat light amplification of each channel in the C+L band is realized.By Matlab simulation,the average gain of the tellurite-based fiber Raman amplifier(T-RFA)in the bandwidth range of 100 nm is 37.7 dB,and the gain flatness is 0.9 dB.The difference evolution algorithm has the characteristics of simple structure,superior performance and strong robustness,and can effectively solve the problems of large space,nonlinearity and combinatorial optimization in Raman coupled differential equations.Meanwhile,analyzes the influence of the noise gain of the T-RFA on the system under the two-stage amplification structure,a reference is provided for the design and optimization of Raman fiber amplifier for 6 Generation(6 G)system.
