摘 要:本文以漳州招商局经济技术开发区为研究对象,采用定量评价与定性分析相结合、整体评价与典型分析相结合、外业踏勘与内业处理相结合等方法,对区内土地利用节约程度以及各权重因子的敏感性进行了分析。结果显示:漳州招商局经济技术开发区土地利用集约度综合分值达到85.43分,各权重中敏感度最高的因子为权重比重最高的工业用地率,其余因子的敏感度均与其权重比重大致相近,说明指标权重设置合理有效。This article takes the China Merchants Zhangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object,and combines the methods of quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis,global evaluation and typical analysis,and field survey and internal processing to analyze the utilization rates of land and the degree and sensitivity of each weighting factor.The results show that the comprehensive score of land utilization intensiveness in Zhangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone of China Merchants has reached 85.43 points.The most sensitive factor among the weights is the industrial land utilization rate,and the sensitivity of the other factors are approximately the same to their weight ratios.It shows that the indicator weight setting is reasonable and effective.
