摘　　要：人工智能在全面提升人类生活品质的同时也给人类社会带来了新的风险与挑战。近年来人工智能的发展已上升为国家发展战略,2025年将初步建立人工智能法律法规、伦理规范和政策体系。未来,强人工智能可能会以意想不到的方式伤害人类及人类财产,赋予其拟制刑事责任主体资格并对其进行刑法规制将成为时代发展的必然选择。Artificial intelligence not only improves the quality of human life in an all-round way,but also brings new risks and challenges to human society.In recent years,the development of artificial intelligence has been included in the national development strategy.In 2025,artificial intelligence laws and regulations,ethical norms and policy systems will be initially established.Based on the analysis of the development status of strong artificial intelligence,this article focuses on the criminal liability of strong artificial intelligence crimes.
