摘　　要：目的通过建立省级儿童伤害监测系统,了解儿童伤害发生的规律和特点,探索四川省儿童伤害预防的优先领域。方法于2019-10-01/2020-09-30(以下简称"2019-2020学年")在四川省23 610所中小学和幼儿园,分层随机抽取2 221所作为监测学校,使用课题组研制的手机软件,对在校学生伤害发生情况进行监测,伤害发生率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果 2019-2020学年共监测学生1 683 782人,发生伤害20 809例,伤害发生率1.24%,男女性别比1.93∶1(χ^(2)=1 802,P<0.05),因伤害缺课48 392.46天,平均2.34天/例,死亡125人。跌倒/坠落、动物伤是引起伤害的主要原因(χ^(2)=118,P<0.05),溺水、交通事故及跌倒/坠落为死因前3位,上午10∶00左右、下午15∶00存在发生高峰,六成伤害发生在学校和家中。结论跌倒/坠落、动物伤、溺水、交通事故是四川省儿童伤害预防的优先领域,降低伤害发生率是当务之急。Objective To establish a provincial injury monitoring system,understand the characteristics of injuries, and to explore the priority areas of child injury prevention in Sichuan Province.Methods From October 1,2019 to September 30,2020,23 610 primary and middle schools and kindergartens were randomly selected from 2 221 monitoring schools of different levels in Sichuan Province. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the distribution and characteristics of injuries. Results Totally, 1 683 782 students were monitored, 20 809 injuries were reported. The prevalence rate of injuries was 1.24%, and the sex ratio was 1.93∶ 1 (χ^(2)=1 802,P<0.05). A total of 48 392.46 days were absent from school due to injuries,and the average absent time was 2.34 days per case.Notably, 125 individuals died. Falls and animal injuries were the two main types of injuries(χ^(2)= 118,P<0.05). Drowning,traffic accident and falls were the top three causes of death,and60% of the injuries occurred at school and at home. Conclusion Falls, animal injuries, drowning and traffic accidents are the priority areas of child injury prevention in Sichuan Province.
