摘　　要：目的分析2012-2020年雅安市生产性农药中毒病例特征。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统的职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统获取雅安市2012-2020年的生产性农药中毒病例相关信息,结合雅安市统计年鉴,对病例特征进行描述性流行病学分析。结果本次研究中,共有168例生产性农药中毒病例,以生产性自用农药中毒为主(97.62%),发病时间集中在每年的第2~3季度,病例主要集中发生在汉源县(27.38%)、名山区(25.00%)和天全县(16.67%),年平均发病率前3位的县区分别为天全县(2.07/10万),石棉县(1.75/10万)和名山区(1.68/10万),中毒病例男女比例为1∶1.1,各年龄段均有发生,中毒药物类型主要为杀虫剂(50.00%),其次为除草剂(25.00%),首诊后转归好转者(53.57%),另有死亡病例2例。结论雅安市生产性农药中毒生产性农药中毒时有发生,且病例存在地区聚集性和季节性。Objective To analyze the characteristics of productive pesticide poisoning cases in Yaan city from 2012 to 2020.Methods The information of production pesticide poisoning cases in Yaan from 2012 to 2020 was obtained from the occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system of The China Disease Control and Prevention Information System,and the characteristics of the cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results In this study,a total of 131 productive pesticide poisoning cases were reported,mainly personal use(96.95%),cases were mainly concentrated in 2-3 quarter of each year.The cases mainly occurred in Hanyuan County(27.38%),Mingshan District(25.00%),and Tianquan County(16.67%),and the top three annual average incidence rates lied in Tianquan County(2.46/105),Mingshan County(1.64/105)and Yucheng County(1.39/105).The male to female ratio of poisoning case was 1∶1.18.There were cases in all age groups,and the type of toxic drugs was mainly pesticide(48.85%),followed by herbicide(30.53%).After the first diagnosis,53.57%of patients had improved,and there were 2 deaths.Conclusion Productive pesticide poisoning in Yaan occurs from time to time,and the cases show the characteristics of regional clustering and seasonality.
