摘 要:依据2016~2020年贵州省9个地级市的噪声监测数据,综合评价了贵州省城市声环境污染程度、分布状况及变化趋势。结果表明:“十三五”期间,贵州城市声环境质量整体保持良好,全省城市区域环境噪声等效声级略有上升,道路交通噪声等效声级略有上升,功能区点次达标率有所上升。但监测和改善声环境质量仍不可忽视,为此提出了生态环境主管部门应采取长效管理机制、继续加强噪声污染防治工作、促进城市声环境持续改善的相关建议。According to the noise monitoring data of 9 prefecture-level cities in Guizhou Province from 2016 to 2020,the pollution degree,distribution and change trend of the urban acoustic environment in Guizhou Province are comprehensively evaluated.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the overall acoustic environmental quality of Guizhou Province has remained good.The province's urban area environmental noise equivalent sound level has risen slightly;road traffic noise equivalent sound level has risen slightly and the point-time compliance rate of functional areas has risen.Therefore,monitoring and improving the acoustic environment quality still cannot be ignored.It is recommended that the competent department of ecological environment adopt a long-term management mechanism to continue to strengthen the prevention and control of noise pollution and promote the continuous improvement of the urban acoustic environment.
