摘　　要：目的分析哈密地区干燥综合征患者中医证候分布特点,探讨中药治疗干燥综合征的效果。方法通过80例临床对照资料统计结果,分析中医证候分布特点、评价中药治疗效果。结果气阴两虚型干燥综合征患者占比最多,中西医结合疗效显著优于单纯西药治疗。结论中医辨证治疗干燥综合征存在显著优势,值得推广。Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome in Hami area,and to explore the effect of TCM on Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods According to the clinical control data of 80 cases were statistically analyzed,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes were analyzed and the therapeutic effect of TCM was evaluated.Results The proportion of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome with deficiency of qi and yin was the largest,The combined effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine is significantly better than that of western medicine alone.Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome has significant advantages and is worth popularizing.
