清热利湿祛瘀汤对前列腺炎患者勃起功能及局部免疫功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究清热利湿祛瘀汤对前列腺炎患者勃起功能及局部免疫功能指标的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2019年12月收治的118例前列腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(59例)和试验组(59例)。对照组患者使用左氧氟沙星胶囊口服治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合清热利湿祛瘀汤口服治疗,2周为一个疗程,均连续治疗3个疗程。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后IIEF、NIH-CPSI、QOL评分及前列腺液中SIgA、IgG水平。结果试验组和对照组患者临床总有效率分别为94.92%和81.36%,试验组高于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者IIEF评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组;而NIH-CPSI、QOL评分及前列腺液中SIgA、IgG水平均降低,且试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论清热利湿祛瘀汤可有效缓解前列腺炎患者的临床症状,改善勃起功能,同时降低局部免疫功能指标水平,促进疾病恢复,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of Qingre Lishi Quyu decoction on erectile function and local immune function indexes in patients with prostatitis.Methods A total of 118 prostatitis patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=59)and the experimental group(n=59)according to a random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin capsules orally,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Qingre Lishi Quyu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy after treatment,IIEF,NIH-CPSI,QOL scores and SIg A and Ig G levels in prostatic fluid before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were94.92%and 81.36%,respectively.The experimental group was higher than the control group.Compared with before treatment,the IIEF scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.NIH-CPSI,QOL scores and SIg A,Ig G levels in prostatic fluid decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Lishi Quyu decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with prostatitis,improve erectile function,while reducing the level of local immune function indicators,promote disease recovery,and improve therapeutic effects.
