摘　　要：妇科血证是一种常见的、多发的病症,通过辨证论治,掌握妇科血证论治的基本规律。针对妇科血证血瘀型、血热型、血寒型、血虚型4种类型,采用活血化瘀、破瘀散结、养血活血、清热凉血、养阴润燥、温经散寒、益气养血等方法分型治疗。在治疗上深刻理解"血以调为补"的理论,精确辨证施治,就能为患者提供最有利的治疗。Gynecological blood emia is a common and frequent disease.Through syndrome differentiation treatment,we can master the basic rules of gynecological blood emia treatment.According to the gynecological blood stasis type,blood heat type,blood cold type and blood deficiency type,the methods of activating blood to remove blood stasis,breaking blood stasis and dispersing constipation,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,clearing heat and cooling blood,nourishing yin and reducing dryness,warming meridian and dispersing cold,and nourishing qi and nourishing blood were classified and treated.In the treatment,a deep understanding of the"regulating blood for tonifying"theory and accurate syndrome differentiation treatment can provide the most favorable treatment for patients.
