化湿降浊中药辅助治疗对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及血清GAS、SS、Leptin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究化湿降浊中药辅助治疗对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及血清GAS、SS、Leptin水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月收治的86例慢性肾衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)。对照组给予患者血液透析治疗,观察组加用化湿降浊中药治疗,28 d为一个周期,2组患者均持续治疗2个周期。比较治疗前后2组患者中医证候评分、血清Cr、BUN和Ccr水平及血清GAS、SS、Leptin水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者气短懒言、食少纳呆、水肿腹胀、血清Cr、BUN及血清GAS、Leptin水平降低,且观察组上述3项中医证候评分、2项肾功能指标及2项实验室指标水平均低于对照组,血清SS和Ccr水平均升高,且观察组血清SS和Ccr水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论化湿降浊中药辅助治疗可缓解慢性肾衰竭患者症状,改善肾功能,同时通过降低血清GAS、Leptin水平,且升高血清SS水平,舒张胃肠平滑肌,进而促进胃排空。Objective To study the effect of removing dampness and reducing turbidity adjuvant therapy in patients with chronic renal failureⅢstage renal function and serum GAS,SS and Leptin levels.Methods In our hospital during March 2018 to March 2020,86 cases of patients with chronic renal failureⅢperiod were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given hemodialysis treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine for removing dampness and reducing turbidity therapy.28 d was 1 cycle.Both groups of chronic renal failure patients have been treated continuously for two cycles.The scores of TCM symptoms,serum Cr,BUN and Ccr levels,and serum GAS,SS and Leptin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the two groups of patients has shortness of breath,lack of appetite,edema,abdominal distension,serum Cr,BUN,serum GAS,and Leptin levels decreased,and the observation group’s three TCM syndrome scores,two renal function indexes,and two laboratory indexes levels were lower than those of the control group,serum SS and Ccr levels increased,And the serum SS and Ccr levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of Chinese medicine for dispelling dampness and reducing turbidity can relieve symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure,improve kidney function,at the same time,by reducing serum GAS and Leptin levels,and increasing serum SS levels,relax gastrointestinal smooth muscles and promote gastric emptying.
