摘 要:地坑造型是在地平面以下的砂坑内造型的方法,主要用作重大型铸件生产。为解决地坑造型砂箱的精确合箱,通过对传统的合箱工艺进行利弊分析,提出了一种新型的砂箱定位装置。运用三维软件Solidworks对其进行三维建模、虚拟装配以及运动仿真,对装置的可行性进行了验证,并进一步的构建了物理样机模型。结果表明,通过样机模拟砂箱合箱过程,发现其能够实现预期功能,完成精准合箱,并且能提高合箱精度及安全性,可为实体样机制造提供重要参考。Pit moulding is a moulding method in which a pit below floor is used as bottom sand box( drag) and top sand box is placed over the pit. Pit moulding is mainly used for making very large castings. In order to solve the precise closing of pit shaped sand box,a new positioning device for sand box was put forward by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional closing process. The 3D software Solid Works was used to carry out 3D modeling,virtual assembly and motion simulation,and the feasibility of the device was verified,and the physical prototype model was further built. The results show that by simulating the process of sand box closing,the prototype can realize the expected function,complete the precise closing,and improve the accuracy and safety of the closing,which can provide an important reference for the manufacturing of solid prototype.
