摘 要:微针作为一种对患者友好的技术,可将药物输送到预期的作用部位,以替代传统的口服和静脉注射剂型,有广大应用前景且受到广泛关注。近年来国内开始涌现微针的研究热潮,在透皮给药领域显示出巨大的潜力。但国内目前药企和研究机构还处在积累微针释药经验,探讨工业化制备的可能性的阶段。丝素蛋白制成微针后,有助于疫苗和其他生物分子的经皮传递。As a patient-friendly technology,microneedling can deliver drugs to the expected site of action to replace traditional oral and intravenous dosage forms.It has broad application prospects and has attracted widespread attention.In recent years,there has been an upsurge in microneedle research in China,showing great potential in the field of transdermal drug delivery.However,the current domestic pharmaceutical companies and research institutions are still in the stage of accumulating microneedle drug release experience and exploring the possibility of industrialized preparation.After silk fibroin is made into microneedles,it helps the transdermal delivery of vaccines and other biomolecules.
