摘  要:活性染料废水具有色度高、可生化降解性差、有机物浓度高等特点,属于难处理工业废水。光催化氧化技术是高级氧化法在废水处理中的重要方法之一,氧化能力强和非选择性氧化是其主要特点,但各种工艺条件会影响光催化氧化的效果。本论文使用光催化法对活性紫5染料溶液进行氧化降解,所用催化剂为TiO2,重点讨论了溶液p H值对活性紫5染料降解率的影响,经过相关实验及讨论得知:光催化剂TiO2本身对活性紫5染料的吸附性能有限,经过30 min的吸附后,TiO2对活性紫5染料的吸附率最高只达到了9.98%;在不同p H值条件下,TiO2都能够很好的光催化降解活性紫5染料,在p H值为2.95的条件下,经过120 min的反应后,活性紫5染料的脱色率最高可达到96.8%,且COD的去除率也高达79.3%,取得了很好的处理效果。Reactive dye wastewater is difficult to treat because of its high chroma,poor biodegradability and high concentration of organic matter.Photocatalytic oxidation technology is one of the important methods of advanced oxidation in wastewater treatment.Its main characteristics are strong oxidation ability and non-selective oxidation,and various process conditions will affect the effect of photocatalytic oxidation.In this paper,the photocatalytic method was used to degrade the reactive violet 5 dye solution.The TiO2 was used as catalyst.The effect of p H value on the degradation rate of reactive violet 5 dye was mainly discussed.Based on the experimental results and discussion,it was found that the adsorption capacity of TiO2 on reactive violet 5 dye was very limited.After 30 minutes adsorption,the highest adsorption rate of TiO2 for reactive violet 5 was 9.98%.Under the condition of different p H values,reactive violet 5 could be photocatalytic degraded by TiO2.Under the condition of p H value of2.95,after 120 min of reaction,the decolorization rate of reactive violet 5 dye could reach 96.8%,and the removal rate of COD could reach 79.3%,which has achieved good treatment effect for the wastewater.
