摘  要:对于小功率的单缸背压式汽轮机,平衡活塞漏汽量是机组的主要漏汽量,对机组的性能影响较大。主要介绍了单缸背压式汽轮机平衡活塞漏汽量的计算方法,并讨论了影响单缸背压式汽轮机平衡活塞漏汽量的主要因素。以某单缸背压机组为例,分析了2种漏汽方式对汽轮机经济性的影响,并给出具体的影响数值曲线。研究成果对同类机组的平衡活塞汽封设计有一定的参考意义。For single cylinder back pressure steam turbine,balance piston leakage is the main leakage of the unit,and has great impact on the performance of the unit.The calculation method of steam leakage from balance piston of single cylinder back pressure turbine was presented,and the key factors of steam leakage were discussed.Taking a single cylinder back pressure unit as an example,the influence of two steam leakage modes on the economy of steam turbine was analyzed,and the specific influence value curve was given.The research result has certain reference significance for the design of balance piston seal in similar units.
