摘 要:大型火电机组汽轮机高中压缸上下缸温差大是《防止电力生产事故的二十五项重点要求》规定的典型设备故障之一,直接威胁机组的安全稳定运行。介绍了某电厂2号汽轮机上下缸温差大的案例,并对相关过程、处置情况及问题原因进行了详细的论述及分析。结果表明,高中压缸上下缸温差大根本原因在于汽轮机的内部,该问题的出现是汽轮机的特性决定的,造成这种不正常现象的原因是内外缸夹层之间的冷却蒸汽分布出现了较大偏差。研究成果可为解决汽轮机上下缸温差大的问题提供参考。The temperature difference between the upper and lower HIP cylinder of steam turbine is one of the typical equipment failures specified in“25 key requirements to prevent failures in the power generation industry”,which threatens the operation safety and stability of unit.A case of excessive temperature difference between upper and lower HIP cylinder of No.2 steam turbine in a power plant is presented,and the relevant process,countermeasures and the cause of the problem are discussed and analyzed in detail.The results show that the cause of the excessive temperature difference between the upper and lower HIP cylinder is located in the internal part of the steam turbine,and it is determined by the characteristics of the steam turbine.The cause of this abnormal phenomenon may be the large deviation of the cooling steam distribution between the upper and lower inter layer.The research result can provide reference for the solution of the excessive temperature difference between upper and lower cylinder in steam turbine.
