摘　　要：江苏省中小运输机场发展迅速,从2014年到2019年,其旅客吞吐量和货邮吞吐量平均增长率分别为27.8%、19.4%,高于全国平均10.2%、5.3%的水平。但在中小运输机场发展中,普遍受周边枢纽机场"虹吸效应"的影响,尤其是随着高铁网络布局的完善,为旅客出行提供了更多的选择。为此,文中通过构建Logit模型,分析了中小运输机场的旅客出行选择时的行为偏好,并以常州机场和南京机场的两条航线为例对影响出行选择行为的关键因素进行弹性分析和敏感性分析,发现票价及机场准点率等对旅客的出行选择存在一定影响。最后基于得到的结论,提出充分发挥集团优势、优化航线网络、提高航班频率及进一步明确各个中小运输机场发展定位等发展建议。UThe Small and medium-sized transportation airports in Jiangsu Province are developing rapidly.From 2014 to 2019,the average growth rate of passenger throughput and cargo throughput was 27.8%and 19.4%,respectively,which was higher than the national average of 10.2%and 5.3%.However,in the development of small and medium transportation airports,it is generally affected by the"siphon effect"of surrounding hub airports,especially with the improvement of the high-speed rail network layout,which provides more choices for passengers to travel.To this end,this article analyzed the behavior preferences of passengers at small and medium-sized transportation airports during travel choices by constructing a Logit model,and used the two routes of Changzhou Airport and Nanjing Airport as examples to analyze the flexibility and sensitivity of key factors affecting travel choice behavior.The results show that fares and airport punctuality have a certain impact on passengers’travel choices.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained,some suggestions such as giving full play to the advantages of the group,optimizing the route network,increasing the frequency of flights,and further clarifying the development positioning of various small and medium-sized transportation airports are put forward.
