综合护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施综合护理干预的效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取2019年5—12月天津医科大学第二医院收治的88例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预,比较分析护理前后两组患者简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分和患者满意度评分。结果护理后,观察组SF-MPQ评分为(7.78±0.37)分,明显低于对照组的(10.25±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者满意度评分为(91.15±2.48)分,高于对照组的(78.04±2.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论作为一种符合现代快速康复护理理念的新型护理模式,融合疼痛护理、宣教、心理的多位一体的综合护理干预,能帮助患者正确认识疾病,消除患者负性情绪,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with postherpetic neuralgia and its influence on patients’satisfaction.Methods From May to December 2019,88 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score and patient satisfaction score of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the SF-MPQ score of the observation group was(7.78±0.37)score,significantly lower than(10.25±1.26)score in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of patients’satisfaction in the observation group was(91.15±2.48)score,significantly higher than(78.04±2.13)score in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a new nursing mode in line with the concept of modern rapid rehabilitation nursing,the comprehensive nursing intervention integrating pain nursing,education and psychology could help patients correctly understand the disease,eliminate patients’negative emotions,reduce patients’pain and improve patients’satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
