2014-2019年重庆市沙坪坝区死因谱变化趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解沙坪坝区2014-2019年死因谱变化趋势,为制定辖区疾病防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理国家死因监测系统中的死亡数据。结果2014-2019年全人群及女性标化死亡率呈下降趋势(F=10.17,8.54,P<0.05),APC分别为-5.26%、-4.69%。历年男性标化死亡率均高于女性,死亡性别比为1.40∶1。不同年龄组死亡率随年龄增长呈“√”形增高。历年前5位死因均依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒以及内分泌、营养和代谢疾病。前5位死因合计死亡占比为91.35%。损伤和中毒标化死亡率均呈下降趋势(P<0.01),APC为-10.33%。结论循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病等慢性病已成为辖区居民第一大杀手。应以慢性病防控为重点,大力开展健康生活方式干预,整体提高辖区居民健康水平。Objective To understand the trend of death cause spectrum from 2014 to 2019 in Shapingba district of Chongqing,in order to provide scientific basis for formulating local disease prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods The data was collected from the National Cause of Death Surveillance System.Results The standardized mortality rate of the whole population and women showed a downward trend(P<0.05),annual percentage change(APC)was-5.26%and-4.69%,respectively.The standardized mortality rate of men were higher than that of women over the years,with a sex ratio of 1.40∶1.The mortality of different age groups increased with age in a“√”shape.The top five causes of death over the years were cardiovascular disease,cancer,respiratory disease,injury and poisoning,and endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases.The top five diseases accounted for 91.35%of all deaths.The standardized mortality rate of injury and poisoning were decreased(P<0.01),and the APC was-10.33%.Conclusion Chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease,tumors,and respiratory disease have become the biggest killers of local residents.We should focus on the prevention and control of chronic diseases,vigorously carry out healthy lifestyle interventions,and improve the overall health level of local residents.
