2019年四川省哺乳妇女和婴幼儿碘营养状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省哺乳妇女和婴幼儿碘营养状况。方法2019年在四川省21个县(市、区),每个县(市、区)按东、西、南、北、中5个方位各随机抽取1个乡(镇、街道),在监测乡随机抽取哺乳妇女及其0~2岁婴幼儿各20人采集一份随机尿样并采集家庭食用盐,对采集的尿样和盐样进行尿碘、盐碘含量进行检测。碘营养判定标准:哺乳妇女和0~2岁婴幼儿尿碘中位数<100µg/L为碘缺乏;检验水准α=0.05,相关性分析采用Pearson相关。结果四川省监测哺乳妇女和婴幼儿各2100名,其尿碘中位数分别为159.00µg/L和183.84µg/L;共采集哺乳妇女及其婴幼儿家庭盐样2100份,碘盐覆盖率为99.86%,合格碘盐食用率为96.52%,碘盐合格率为96.66%,食用盐碘均值为27.29 mg/kg,哺乳妇女尿碘中位数与婴幼儿尿碘中位数之间存在较强的相关性(r=0.822,P<0.05)。结论2019年四川省哺乳妇女和婴幼儿碘营养处于适宜水平。Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of lactating women and infants in Sichuan province in 2019.Methods One town was randomly chosen from the east,west,south,north and middle locations of each of 21 counties in Sichuan Province.Then,20 lactating women and their infants or young children aged 0 to 2 years in each of the selected town were enrolled.A random urine sample of the women and children,and their families edible salt were collected for the detection of iodine content.The median urinary iodine of lactating women and infants<100µg/L is defined as iodine deficiency.The significance test level was considered as P<0.05.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the correlation.Results There were 2100 lactating women and 2100 infants included in the investigation.The median urinary iodine level was 159.00µg/L and 183.84µg/L,respectively.A total of 2100 samples of edible salt from lactating women’s home were monitored.The iodized salt coverage rate was 99.86%,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.52%.The qualified rate of iodized salt was 96.66%,and the average iodine of edible salt was 27.29 mg/kg.There was a strong correlation between the median urinary iodine level of lactating women and infants(r=0.822,P<0.05).Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of lactating women and infants was optimal in Sichuan province in 2019.
