摘  要:为了对比分析不同变量机构在控制数字变量泵时的动态响应及抗干扰特性,分别建立电液比例换向阀、电液伺服阀及高速开关阀控制变量泵系统的AMESim模型,并进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,在相同输出条件下,电液伺服阀控制变量泵系统的超调量最低,稳态性能最好,动态波动最小;高速开关阀控制变量泵系统的响应速度较快,但系统波动较大;电液比例换向阀控制变量泵系统的响应时间最长。研究结果为选择变量泵系统控制用阀提供一定参考。In order to compare and analyze the dynamic response and anti-interference characteristics of different variable mechanisms when controlling digital variable pumps,the AMESim models of variable pumps controlled by the electro-hydraulic directional proportional valve,electro-hydraulic servo valve and high-speed on-off valve are established and simulated.The simulation results show that under the same output conditions,the pump system controlled by the electro-hydraulic servo valve has the lowest overshoot,the best steady-state performance and the smallest dynamic fluctuations,the pump system controlled by the high-speed on-off valve has a fast response speed and large fluctuations,the pump system controlled by the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve has the longest response time.The research results provide some references for the selection of control valves for variable pump system.
