摘　　要：考虑犹豫模糊语言信息描述专家评价数据的全面性和便捷性,构建了基于犹豫模糊语言Archimedean有序加权平均(hesitant fuzzy linguistic Archimedean ordered weighted averaging,HFLAOWA)算子的多属性群决策模型。首先,基于严格Archimedean t-模运算和严格Archimedean t-余模运算定义新的犹豫模糊语言基本运算法则;其次,提出HFLAOWA算子用于对多个犹豫模糊语言元的综合集成,并探究HFLAOWA算子的优良特征,分析了HFLAOWA算子的几类常见形式;最后,建立基于HFLAOWA算子的多属性群决策模型,并将其用于处理云计算系统优选问题。实验结果表明,构建的群决策模型不仅使用范围更广,还能够让专家依据自身偏好进行决策。Considering the comprehensiveness and convenience of hesitant fuzzy linguistic information describing experts’evaluation data,a multi-attribute group decision-making model based on the hesitant fuzzy linguistic Archimedean ordered weighted averaging(HFLAOWA)operator is constructed.First,based on the strict Archimedean t-norm operation and strict Archimedean t-conorm operation,new basic operations of hesitant fuzzy linguistic elements are defined.Then,the HFLAOWA operator is proposed to integrate multiple hesitant fuzzy linguistic elements,and the excellent characteristics of the HFLAOWA operator are explored,which is followed by the discussion of several common forms of the HFLAOWA operator.Finally,a multi-attribute group decision-making model based on the HFLAOWA operator is established and applied to the selection of cloud computing systems.The Experimental results show that the proposed model can not only be used in a wider range,but also enable experts to make decisions according to their own preferences.
