摘　　要：梳理战场一线伤员救治的体能需求,分析战场伤员接近及搬运体能训练中存在的问题。通过对战场伤员接近及搬运进行动作模式和代谢形式分析,提出“聚焦保障,以素质训练为抓手,夯实基础体能;聚焦特需,以战斗动作为支撑,打牢专项体能;聚焦打仗,以实战要求为准绳,储备战斗体能”的“三段式”战场救护专项体能训练模式,并设计一套战救体能组合训练方法。为我军医务人员开展战场救护专项体能训练提供理论参考和实践方法,对提升我军战救能力具有积极意义。This paper combs the physical needs for the treatment of the wounded in the front-line of the bat⁃tlefield,and analyze the problems existing in the current battlefield wounded approaching and handling physical train⁃ing.Based on the analysis of the movement mode and metabolism form of the battlefield wounded approaching and carrying,this paper put forward the“three focuses”,namely“focusing on the support”,taking quality training as the starting point,consolidating the basic physical ability;focusing on special needs,taking combat action as support,and strengthening special physical fitness;Focusing on fighting,taking the actual combat requirements as the criteri⁃on,the“Three-stage”battlefield rescue special physical training mode of“reserving combat physical ability”was designed,and a set of combined training method of combat rescue physical ability was designed.This study provided a theoretical reference and practical method for our military medical personnel to carry out special physical training for battlefield rescue,and had a positive significance for improving our military combat rescue ability.
