摘　　要：目的调查无锡市医学科技工作者健康状况,并针对其影响因素提出合理化建议。方法选取无锡市三级、二级医院和一级社区卫生服务中心共360名医学科技工作者作为研究对象,采用自制的基本信息登记表和目前国际上通用的自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)进行问卷调查。结果通过调查发现,无锡市医学科技工作者颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、高血压、慢性胃炎的发生率较高;不同的性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况和所在医院等级的医学科技工作者健康状况存在差异,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无锡市医学科技工作者总体健康状况尚不容乐观,针对此问题,建议加大对医学科技工作者健康状况的关注,定期对医学科技工作者的健康问题进行指导。Objective To investigate the health status of medical science and technology workers in Wuxi and put forward reasonable suggestions for its influencing factors.Methods A total of 360 medical science and technology workers in Wuxi tertiary and secondary hospitals and health service centers in the primary community were selected as the research objects.Self-made basic information registration form and self-rated health assess⁃ment scale(SRHMS)were used for questionnaire survey.Results Through the investigation,we found that the incidence of cervical spondylosis,lumbar disc herniation,hypertension and chronic gastritis among medical science and technology workers in Wuxi was higher;there were differences in the health status of medical science and tech⁃nology workers with different gender,age,education background,marital status and hospital level,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall health status of medical science and tech⁃nology workers in Wuxi is not optimistic.In view of this problem,it is suggested to pay more attention to the health status of medical science and technology workers and give regular guidance to them.
