新体制下军队医院机动卫勤分队建设的思考

摘　　要：通过实践、实地调研、文献查阅和综合分析,梳理出军队医院机动卫勤分队建设中暴露的人才队伍问题、战备训练问题和支撑条件问题。提出全方面加强人才队伍、深层次强化战备演训、多方位完善支撑条件的建设构想。新体制下军队医院应以关键问题、关键技术、关键要素为牵引加大机动卫勤分队建设,推动分队实战化、标准化、模块化、综合化、信息化建设,以全面提升分队卫勤训练水平和卫勤保障能力,更好地遂行新时代赋予的使命任务。By means of practice,field investigation,literature review and comprehensive analysis,we sort out the problems of talent team,training of war preparedness and supporting conditions exposed in the construction of mobile health service team in military hospitals.We put forward the construction idea to optimize the talent team in all aspects,strengthen the training of war preparedness in depth and improve the supporting conditions in various directions.Military hospital under the new system should take the key problems,key technologies and key elements as traction to strengthen the construction of combat-oriented,standardization,modularization,totalization,informa⁃tionalization of mobile health service team so as to improve medical service training and support capabilities compre⁃hensively,and carry out the mission entrusted by the new era better.
